International Centre Research Activities

The International Centre has full-time faculty members and PD co-researchers. Through research activities, it plays a part in promoting the internationalization of the University and contributing to the local community.

Annual Bulletin

The International Centre publishes the annual bulletin for the purpose of internally and externally publicizing research achievements involving the Centre and its international research projects.

Starting with No. 12 published in February 2026, we have discontinued publishing the print version of bulletins and made the electronic version available online.

Research Activities

Developing a Japanese Culture Program (Gakushuin University Grand Design 2039)

The International Centre aims to develop a new collaborative program relating to Japanese culture with the European Center for Japanese Studies in Alsace (CEEJA), in Alsace, France, with which the Centre has been engaging since 2001.
